Poonch: Advocate Azhar Usman Khan has lodged an urgent complaint regarding the use of substandard materials in the construction of the Bufliaz Phagla Mandi Road in Poonch district. In his grievance filed on June 30, Azhar highlights serious concerns about the quality and safety of the ongoing road project.
According to the complaint, Azhar personally inspected the construction site and observed the use of low-standard materials, which he asserts compromises the road's quality and safety. He calls for an immediate inquiry into the thickness of the pavement, protection wall, and cross drainage systems. He also points out the visible deterioration and apparent substandard materials being used, which he claims pose significant risks to the safety of travelers.
